This is a Willowby by Watters dress-style Twilla. I wanted a dress that had some sort of sleeves, a bit whimsical, and that would be easy to maneuver around and dance in. I knew I wasn’t going to get a second dress to change into so I needed a dress that can last me all day.
I loved the lace on this dress as well as the exposed back. It was very comfortable all day long and it got me through till the end on the second hottest day over Labor Day weekend.
What else I loved about the dress is the limited alterations I had to make. I am 5’2” so I knew that I would have to hem the bottom of the dress but besides that, I added a bustle to the back so I didn’t have to trip all the time and pinched the top a bit to fit my smaller bust (B cup). I wore 1.5-inch wedges with this dress.
