Elegant Simple Strapless Sweetheart Ball Gown Wedding Dress

I instantly fell in love when I put this dress on even though I thought I would go in a slightly different direction when I started my appointment. I love that this dress has such clean classic lines (that would go well with almost any decor/theme) but at the same time has so much drama with the ball gown and train. This dress is gorgeous enough to stand mostly on its own (as I wore it because I struggled to make up my mind with accessories), but also looks beautiful with an added belt or more accessories. The pockets are a big plus, even though I ended up not needing them.
Alterations & Fit: This dress is a size 6 and fit me immediately and perfectly off the rack (aside from needing a proper bra for a wedding dress); I did not alter the bodice of the dress in any way. I am a street size 4 and my measurements are:
- bust 34in (86.5 cm)
- waist 25.5in (64.5 cm)
- hips 36 (91.5 cm).
The dress was hemmed to skim the ground while I stood at 5'2" tall wearing 5" heels. An easy-to-manage French bustle was added to the dress: the dress is bustled by tying together paired pieces of fabric (7 in total, the pieces have numbers on them).
Condition: The dress was professionally cleaned after my wedding, however, there are some blemishes on the skirt that are visible but not noticeable: the blemishes are either on the hem or can be hidden by the pleats. It has been stored in a garment bag since the wedding.
